Heirloom tomato salad with Nduja drizzle

Ingredients:

300g Heirloom Tomatoes, sliced

100g Nduja

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Sherry Vinegar

Smoked Maldon Sea Salt

Instructions:

Slice your tomatoes thinly. Arrange on your dish in rounds. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Cook nduja in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. Simmer for 3 minutes until darker in colour.

Drizzle over the nduja mix and finish with more extra virgin olive oil.

Pro Tip: This salad will impress with minimal effort.
