About Wyndhams

A family-run butcher's. Four shops across London. True free range meat, traditional butchery, and the kind of service that comes from people who actually care what you go home with.

Who we are

Wyndhams is a family business. We've been at it since 1997, when Lee and Lin Mullett started a free range chicken farm on the Norfolk-Suffolk border. That farm gave us our name and our values. Today we're four London butcher's shops — Borough Market, Chelsea, Chiswick and Syon Park — run by a team of people who genuinely love what they do.

What we sell hasn't changed in spirit. We work with farmers we know and trust. We choose true free range over volume. We cut, age, marinate and prepare in-house. We answer questions across the counter rather than over a barcode. The shops have got bigger and the range has grown. The way we do it hasn't.

What we believe

True free range, always. The label "free range" gets used loosely. We work with farmers who do it properly, birds and animals that actually live the way the label suggests, not technically.

Knowledge belongs to the customer. A butcher's shop should be a place where you can ask anything and get a real answer. Our team is here to help you cook better, not just buy more.

Balance over perfection. We're not the food police. We sell good meat to people who care about good meat. The rest is up to you.

Support producers who do it right. The farms we buy from are small, careful, and known to us by name. We've built those relationships over twenty-five years and they're the backbone of what we sell.
