Wyndhams has been on Chiswick High Road since 2007. Nearly two decades on, we're proud to be part of the fabric of this stretch of West London. A high road full of independent shops, family-run restaurants, neighbourhood cafés, and the kind of small businesses that make a place worth living in.

We've watched generations of Chiswick families come through the door. Kids who started coming in with their parents now come in on their own. Couples who moved here as newlyweds now bring grandchildren. That's the gift of being a neighbourhood butcher's, you don't just sell people meat, you become part of the rhythm of their lives.

Behind the counter you'll find a serious offering. A full range of meat, of course beef, lamb, pork, poultry, game in season, alongside specialist cooking ingredients, artisan sauces, chutneys, relishes, deli products and the kind of dry-store ingredients that turn a good meal into a great one. Whether you're after the perfect rib for Sunday lunch or a single sausage to put in a stew, we're here for it.

Our dry aged beef has been a Chiswick favourite for years. Different beef goes into the ager every week, and we age cuts to our customers' demand, alongside some fun specials we put in just because we want to.

The range varies week to week, but you'll typically find Côte de Boeuf for roasts, prime ribs for the BBQ, T bones, and Tomahawks. All grass fed, all from farmers we know personally. Most of the beef comes from UK producers raising Angus, Hereford and Dexter cattle, alongside some genuine rare breeds.

We also work with ex dairy beef. For years, dairy cattle were considered too tough for the table, so once they'd finished their working lives they didn't make it into the food chain at all. That's now changing. The cattle spend a year out at pasture, slowing down, putting on condition, and the meat that comes from them is older, more developed, and properly full of flavour. Ageing it on top of that turns it into something really special. It's a small but meaningful shift, from wasteful to resourceful, and the eating is genuinely brilliant.

Over the years, we've become part of the community here in Chiswick. That's something we don't take lightly. We've sponsored school events, supplied charity BBQs, donated to local fundraisers, and helped neighbours with everything from anniversary roasts to dinner parties for thirty.
