We're a family butcher's. We've been at it since 1997, when Lee and Lin started a free range chicken farm on the Norfolk-Suffolk border. We're now four shops across London, and the chickens have been joined by beef, lamb, pork, game, and a lot of opinions about what good meat actually looks like.
