Wyndhams Chelsea sits on Fulham Road, behind a shopfront and stained glass window that's become part of our identity. Small, humble, warm. We've made our little space in Chelsea ours, and we'd love you to come in.

The core offering is the same Wyndhams range you'll find across our shops. Free range poultry, lamb, pork, grass fed beef, dry-aged beef. What you'll also find at Chelsea is the rarer side of the trade. Less common cuts, a proper veal range, specialist game in season, and a curated selection of fine food products you won't find easily elsewhere in the area.

Chelsea customers tend to know their food. The shop is built around that. Locals, neighbours, private chefs, families who care about how they cook, we serve all of them the same way, whether you're after a single chicken or planning a dinner for twelve.

What sets Chelsea apart is what's behind the counter beyond the everyday cuts.

Dry-aged beef. Newly in-shop, our dry-aged beef has joined the Chelsea range alongside the rest of the Wyndhams shops. Mark and Tony would happily talk you through what's in the ager this week, which cuts are at their peak, and how to cook each one to get the best out of it.

Veal. A proper veal range, including ossobucco, escalopes, and chops. Veal is a type of meat that's largely disappeared from regular British butcher's shops, but when it's done right, properly raised, properly aged, properly cut, it deserves a place on the counter. We're glad to keep it there.

Game in season. Partridge, grouse, pheasant, venison, wild duck, woodcock. The season runs from late summer through winter, and Chelsea is the best of our four shops for the rarer birds and proper game preparation.

Fine foods. A curated range of deli products, sauces, eggs (including Burford Browns), and the kind of ingredients that turn a serious cook's shopping list into a single, easy stop.

Not sure if we stock something? Ask us, we'll either have it in, or we'll order it for you. Custom orders are dealt with individually, and we love being asked.

Want to skip the queue? Call ahead to place your order, then walk in and collect when it suits you.

Simple orders: an hour's notice is the minimum, but ideally a day ahead so we can have everything ready and properly cut for you.

Custom orders: these are handled individually. Anything from a particular cut of dry-aged beef, large quantities for an event, or a specific game bird in season, we can usually have it ready within 1 day to a week depending on what you need. Just ask.

Happy to take orders by phone or in person. The butchers love showing and demonstrating cuts and quantities in the shop, so if you've got time, pop in and have a chat. Either way works.
